So i had this error when i booted up my SSD after i loaded it into a dock a couple months back. For some reason i got this error and to double check it wasnt corrupt i put it back in the dock and loaded through my older SSD and it was still fine, all files were still there i safely ejected it but it still came up with same error. Luckily i followed this steps listed here but i want to know why my dock seemed to have corrupted  the boot record.
