A not so usual motherboard..

So someone gave me these never used motherboards. I was really happy (still am) but these motherboards arent the usual?.. They Dont have a gpu slot or USb hub etc. What kind of mobos are these? They got a AMD Geode cpu on them. How much are these worth? Those mobos w cpu on it?
