Do i need to Format to install Windows to a SSd?

So i want to buy a Samsung 850 Evo 250GB and i dont know if l'lhave to format my Pc to install the WIndows to the SSD.Any help?

If you're installing the OS on the SSD, you don't need to reformat anything. But if you are paranoid that you might accidentally do so, unplug the other drives when installing Windows.

and you should unplug all other drives as sometimes windows like to boot the bootloader on the wrong drive.
