Cpu:i7 8700 (non k)

Gpu:1050 ti

Ram: 16gb hyper x fury @ 2133mhz

Pls help i want to oc my ram for better performance but the voltage setting is locked.

Can i increase ram voltage with locked cpu or not if yes does anyone know why i'm having this problem?

You need to do a lot of research into overclocking.

Here is a brief journal I did of overclocking my 7700k.  Granted it is cpu overclocking and you need to remember that I have been doing this for almost 15 years, it will give you the mindset of how to push an overclock.

If you don't want to tweak, and I should have started here, just set the xmp profile and your good to go.

Audio go Brrrrrr

When you go to DRAM voltage, it won't allow you to change that value? I've overclocked ram on many locked CPU's, and never had an issue. The CPU itself won't dictate what voltage the memory is allowed to have from the board, which is odd that you can't change the value. I would see if there are any BIOS updates for that board, or double check to see if there are any settings preventing you from changing that value. Once you find a way to alter the voltage value of that board, refer to the memory overclocking guide in my signature. It will cover everything you need for getting a higher clock speed out of that memory. Understand, your memory has Micron IC's, and won't be overclocking extremely high. If I had to wager a guess at it's potential, I would say 3000 C16-18-18-36-2 would be it's limit assuming all tertiary timings are tweaked properly. That's about the best I was able to achieve on several Micron kits using a board designed for memory overclocking, on a CPU with a golden IMC. This was done at 1.39v VDIMM as well.

Let me know if you are unable to change that voltage after flashing BIOS or changing other settings in the BIOS. If you cannot change voltage, I can at least walk you through tightening the kit up for extra performance without needing extra voltage.
