Currently I'm mining some currencies with my gaming PC and I've heard that VRM overheating could be a big issue.
I don't think that my CPU is pulling so much power to be afraid, but I think someone else could answer me better (:

My Ryzen 5 1600 is in a open air case, with a case fan above it (not directly at all, but close to the VRM) and I have a tower cooler.
I have my 1600 on an OC of 3,8 GHz on 1,23V. My motherboard is the Asus B350 Prime Plus, which has a 4 case for the cpu, which does have a small heatsink on it.

Is it troublesome to run this CPU with 11 cores at 100% (other for keeping stability) or should it be fine?

Of it would matter I'm mining CAME steak with my CPU and nicehash with my GPU

As long as you don't completely overload the VRMs with voltage (1.35+) 24/7, you should be fine and you aren't doing this so again, should be fine. Temps aren't really a big worry at such a low voltage, but if you want to be sure, check what your VRMs are rated for (usually found on the product page for your Motherboard) and run them at least 25C+ lower than that if you're running them 24/7. As a general rule of thumb, anything above 110C and you should dial down the voltage.
