why are all 240hz on 25 inch

Zeketo

Is it any better than 24inch?

Furthermore, are all those 25inch 240hz monitor 24.5 inch or actually 25inch?

 are traditional 144hz 24inch monitors 24inch or 23.5inch?

this was the case for the OLED noteooks and why there is not a single model anymore.

The Alienware 13R3 has a 1440p OLED option for the screen..

The BenQ Zowie XL2546 is 24.5", in spite of the name being 25 (46). Their 27" monitors are called XL2735, XL2720, ...

Supply is the obstacle it must hurdle, as shortfalls with the original supplier have forced Alienware to seek a new partner. It’s not clear when that might result in new panels.

^Can you give some context? Did Alienware run out of OLED panels?

That's the case for all the others too.

All such monitors currently are manufactured using the same display panel, the AU Optronics M250HTN01. This is a 24.5" panel.

Most 24" 144 Hz TN monitors are 24.0". Most 24" IPS monitors are 23.8". Most 24" 144 Hz VA monitors are 23.6".
