BOOT SSD is mysteriously filling up

I have a old corsair force gs 128GB ssd for my boot drive and up until now i haven't had any provlems with it. as of last week i notice it was filling up and cleaned out all of the junk files and programs taking up space and managed to get iot to 10.8GB free space. now day after day i am rapidly loosing storage space even though i am not putting anything new on it and restarts/treboots aren't doing anything. i am frightenind further by this because ccleaner scans won't stop it. avast scans find nothing and haven't stopped it. worst of all it this keeps going my system will begin to tank and i will have to wipe my windows AGAIN!

i am in desperate need for help. any and all advice is welcomed.

(yes i KNOW i need a new ssd and i am saving up for one)

Spacesniffer might be able to help, make sure you run with admin rights.
Disk Cleanup with admin rights as well. I usually select everything except for memory dump files.

What version of windows?

And run a program that will give us the sizes of all the directories, such as windirstat or tree size

This will let us know where all the space is going and will give us a direction to go in for the diagnosis
