Forbes hasn't been accurate in ages, and a press release by the very same company pushing the exploit smells of an IPO.

I'm not convinced.

 

The company is a subsidiary of Sun Corporation... soooo an IPO makes no sense, unless Sun decides to sell it off or spin it into an independent company (neither of which make any sense as being beneficial to Sun). 

 

Also, it’s not a press release. These are services that they are offering directly to the US Government, including the FBI and others.

Certainly is possible, this corporation has been in the news other times for being the leader in cracking iOS.
