Quick monitor issue

Hi,

My two monitors are:

MSI Optix G24C - connected through DisplayPort 

HP 2009m - connected through vga to hdmi adapter

 

 

my issue is when I turned on the monitors they defaulted to 768p- It only detected the Msi optic and not the hp but they are both working with the low res quality, I unplugged the hp but windows 10 won’t let me go back to 144hz and 1080p on the single monitor, how do I get the Msi optix to work to its full potential alongside the hp?

It is now full hd on the msi, how do I get the other monitor working tho? Integrated intel graphics connected Asus z370-a board
