Razor Naga Chroma Problems

Razer mice have a 2 year warranty. They require a few things to be authorized.

 

they need to check to see if it is an authorized purchase. a reciept or order confirmation will do fine.

you need to check if it is covered under the warranty

If you cant get a refund/replacement i linked two different naga chroma mice below. One of them being wired and the other wireless.

Hello all,

For the past 2 weeks my razor naga wireless mouse has a problem where when i scroll down on the wheel it does down one and goes up two and this makes viewing web pages really annoying

my apartment-mates naga does the same thing. it is just a defect that happens over time
