USB problem

So i tryed to make a USB bootable with rufus and at some point in the proces i got an eror so i cloed it amd tryed again but when i pluged off and on the usb it dosen't show up neither in Bios or windows or disk manager .

The light on it is flashing.

That error might have caused Rufus to not assign a drive letter to your flash drive. Check if it shows in Disk Managment.

It is not showing in disk management neither in diskpartition
