Free Exchange smart hosts?

As of yesterday I stopped using my VPS service, it was bad, the VPS would crash every often. Now I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm looking for any smart hosts to route my emails. I say this because I can't use SMTP on a residential line and all my emails end up in spam

Verizon here in the US requires you to use the email address associated with your ISP mail account. I can understand, but it still sucks.

 

One thing to try is using a free VPN and creating a route based on destination port to travel the tunnel. Little tricky/gimmicky but a solution non-the-less.
