Deepcool - CAPTAIN 240EX WHITE 153.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler?

Just found this coolecooler on PC Part Picker, and absolutely love the aesthetics of it. Is this a viable option for Intel core i9 14-18 core CPU's, or do I need something more substantial? Thank you in advance.

it's viable but this line of coolers is notorious for being already half empty from evaporation when you get them or very soon after. some issue during shipping i think. anyway they have bad reviews but if you're ready to refill on your own you're good. (i did it on the 360 variant)

Thank you very much for that information, I haven't heard that before, and the one I posted has great reviews on PC Part Picker.
