How to get Avg FPS of a Game

Im using steam to get my FPS, but can someone tell me how I can get the average over a gaming session? TKs

Fraps. It has a built in FPS tracker and you can use that data to average it out. Basically you need a way to have it tracked and exported into like a CSV file or something similar where you can manipulate the data to get the answers you want/need.

Is there a way to do it without having to make a spreadsheet?

Not to my knowledge. You will need a way to capture and store the data to view.

it stores it as a ms excel document there will be two of them one will show the different frames at each second and the other one will contain min max and avg
