Completely uninstall a parental software?

I have a device that has this really fucking shit parental control software called netintelligence, it's pure shit, anyway, it blocks tons of shit and flags websites that aren't even "unsafe" for children. I've run into this software before and honestly it was a piece of shit to remove. When you completely factory reset a device it reinstalls itself back onto the device. I was thinking that launching bios and formatting the HDD, and manually reinstalling windows back onto the PC. Any ideas?

If you have the parental password, or administrator access to the computer, you should be able to uninstall the software.

 

Otherwise we can't help you do something that's against the company's Terms of Service.
