people like this deserve to waste money then.

 

I wouldnt use anything new with a CPU this slow. Even a 650ti is a bit much for it.

Rather than a graphics card, one of those Ryzen APUs is what he needs.

 

But if he wont listen, tell the daddy about it.

 

If both dont listen, then dont bother wasting your time and patience

A ryzen 2400g would slam that entire system into the ground... thats unfortunate that he is so ill-informed. We all know somebody like that tho so i can relate
