I was looking to buy the p4000 for my workstation, but the case doesn't have great dust filters so to avoid the process of cleaning the blower style cooler and making the system quieter decided to water-cool the gpu, now the problem is that im not into water loops and i already knew that there are brackets made by NZXT that allows to water cool with a all in one cooler, but i dont know if the bracket will fit, so someone already tried this?

What case do you have? Can you provide the link to the exact P4000? Also, how familiar are you with custom loops and water cooling in general?

All Quadros uses the reference PCB spec depending on model. As for a full-coverage waterblock, there is none available. You can use an EK-VGA Supremacy, but you'll have to figure out a way to cool the MOSFETs and the GDDR5 memory ICs.

So i could use a gpu only waterblock, does the alphacool waterblock https://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/gpu-water-blocks/gpu-full-cover/22491/alphacool-nexxxos-gpx-nvidia-quadro-m06-incl.-backplate-black work for that with some modding?

That's a full-cover block, and it will only work with the NVIDIA Quadro M5000.

When I said depending on model, I meant that the PCB layout is different from model-to-model (meaning the Quadro P4000 doesn't share the same layout as the P5000, P6000, etc. but the P4000 has only one layout), and each one of those models have only one PCB layout determined by NVIDIA.

Oh ok, so the gpu waterblock and the vrm and ram on passive cooling, rigth?

Yeah. You use the EK-VGA Supremacy (that's the only waterblock I can find that'll work for this card) to actively cool the GPU core, and you use thermal glue to glue on heatsinks on the GDDR5 ICs and MOSFETs to provide cooling.

But why would you want to go through the trouble of water-cooling the Quadro P4000 to begin with?

I prefer to clean a radiator rather than the card itself and im more afraid to loose any screws opening the card than having leaks or cleaning a water loop
