Where could I find a cheap used gtx 980 ti?

I've been searching for a cheap gtx 980 ti, however failing to find a cheap one (My budget is <$300.) I honestly don't care where it is, like on a ios app. Please help me out!

they are from 2017 DECEMBER - THIS WEEK

Because this wasn't an apparent defect, these fires are usually caused by misuse or just plain luck (it happens) and it's just unfortunate that all were EVGA cards but I'm sure other vendors have had their fair share of flaming cards.
