Help with logitech k360 wireless keyboard

My gf's aunt uses a wireless k360 with her television, but the keys are all messed up, a is q, m is some punctuation sign, you get the idea, it's unusable. We tried to change some settings on the keyboard to no avail and on the tv as well. Got any idea whats going on and how i could fix it to become a regular canadian qwerty kb? Thanks.

Go into your TV settings and change the language of your keyboard. Remove any languages that you don't need. Maybe change the batteries in your keyboard. You may also want to try disconnecting it (removing the device) and adding it again.
