What's wrong with my pc

Can anyone help me please.

My pc performance is bad, when i play assassin's origin 1080p very low setting i just got 18-24fps and after about 10 minutes  my screen goes black screen and never go back again, so i must restart my pc, after that i play rocket league and my screen goes black screen again about a second and turn to normal again. Do you know what's wrong with my pc

My spec :

Processor : fx8300 3.3ghz (when i play assassin's creed i think my cpu hit >70°)

Ram: 8gb

Psu: Neo Eco Antec 550watt Classic 

Motherboard : asrock n68 vs3 fx

Gpu : Sapphire rx 460 2gb dualfan

Could you reinstall hour GPU drivers, by using DDU to remove them and than install the new drivers.
