Corsair h100i v2 issues

I have a corsair h100i v2 water cooling my cpu, I have a 6700k at stock speeds, I have no overclocks, it hits over 80c in pubg, Do you guys think there is an issue with the cooler? If so, Who do I contact?

Well for starters, let's try and diagnose the problem.

Is the cooler definitely in working order? i.e: Is the pump moving water through the cooler?

Is the cooler tightened down all the way?

Is the thermal compound bad?

Make sure your block is mounted correctly and applying enough pressure, that's a fair bit on the hot side of things on stock.

The radiator is sorta hot, the cooler is tightened down all the way, and I just switched thermal compunds last week and it is still giving the same issues, I just supported a ticket to corsair

Check the tubes. If one or the other or both tubes feel really hot to the touch especially on idle, your pump might have failed.

Where do you have the pump connected to?

Do you have the USB for the pump connected to the motherboard to monitor the pump speeds through Corsair LINK?

Are the fans running at proper operating speeds?

Do you hear any rattling or strange sounds coming from either the pump, rads or fan?

Are there any fins that appear to be bent in any way, shape or form?

Are there any cracks where the lines connect to the radiator?

Did you forget to remove the plastic covering the surface that mounts to the CPU?

Have you reapplied thermal paste?

You want enough pressure that it's held against the CPU enough that there's no air between the two, but not too much pressure to the point where your board is flexing.

It's pressure is applied via spring tensions so you can tighten the bolts down all the way until they bottom out, don't wrench on them like crazy though since you can still shear the whole bolt if you give it too much.
