Num Pad 1 not working?

so i don't know why but the Num Pad 1 doesn't work. the rest of them do but for some reason only the 1 doesn't work. any ideas?

 

PS: i have a corsair k70 lux RGB

pop it open and replace the switch , use a switch from a key you never use , see if that fixes it.

Have you tried the keyboard on multiple computers to confirm the issue?

Search "replace switch k70" and you will likely find some more - this one is about 30 minutes long.

i bought this pretty recently. i'd rather send it in for repair than take it apart

then why even make a thread?

just send it back as you would any item that you've bought that has a problem.

Oh... well why didn't you just do that to begin with?

 

If the keyboard is still within the retail return period, just exchange it for a new one.

 

If you're outside the return period but still inside the manufacturers warranty, then yeah - contact them and start an RMA.

the reason for the thread is because if there could be software or something just so i dont send it in and the say it works fine.

Contacting the seller should be the first thing to do instead of making a thread. And even then just search up on your engine 'corsair k70 number pad issues' to find anything relevant to your issue.

the 1 key is recognized on corsair link but the 1 doesn't come up when pushed unlike the other number key(this is the one on my num pad, the other 1 works)

I already said, take your keyboard to work or school and try it there. Or bring it to a friend's house. Are you really telling me that your computer is the only computer you have access to in your entire life? I'm just skeptical, is all.
