Ryzen with NVIDIA works?

I wanna build a new pc and i dont know if i can combine ryzen 1500 with nvidia 1050ti.Propably my motherboard will be Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 or Asus Prime B350 Plus.

I have a Ryzen 5 1600x and GTX1080. It works, and there's no reason for it not to work.

I am asking because i heard if the motherboard doesnt have NVIDI SLI vertification it will not work well.

SLI is only for multiple graphics cards in 1 system.

If i want to upgrade my system in 1-2 years and put 1 more NVIDIA graphics card it will not work because no SLI supported?

SLI isn't scaling that great. More often than not it's better to just upgrade the GPU!

Using one powerful gpu often gives better results than using 2 in SLI

It'll work fine. the board doesnt care who makes it. you could put a 1x sound card in that 16x slot and it would work. You'd have to go back to early PCI non-express and ISA days to have to worry about that.
