PSN Giftcard Quesiton.

Guys, I'm gonna buy 2000 vbucks with a 20$ PSN giftcard. But there's only a 10$ that gives 1000 vbucks option, not a 20$ option. If I buy that 10$ option, what will happen to the remaining 10$ of the PSN giftcard? Sorry I'm asking this, it's my first time.
