Which program use NVMe

Apart from video editing can someone give me a list of programs utilize NVMe drive so that it has a benefit over SATA drive

FakeApp when extracting images and sometimes during the AI training.

I am not completely sure the NVMe would make a lot of difference but it did make my SATA 3 SSD run at 100% for extended periods of time.
