CMD instantly crashing after opened

I needed CMD for my network troubleshooting and wanted to show the IPCONFIG, but CMD would just open, get small and shut, then nothing happen. I tried to replace the CMD.exe in the sytem32 (had to change permissions) well this didn't work like it did before with taskmanager. the same thing happend to a friend and he wants to have it solved aswell.
