HELL NO! But if I knew somebody who wanted a PC but didnt want to build it or have me build it, I would recommend this.

 

 Actually thats around a $1300 build if you use good parts. They probably cheaped out on mobo and PSU though.

A friend of a friend of mine bought a Dell PC that had a core 2 duo and a gtx 630 for $800. 

Is that cringe worthy? I cringed. And my cringing intensified.

 

LOL yea that's rough. My friend bought a CyberpowerPC with a FX-8100, HD 6450 2GB, 16GB 1333Mhz RAM and some garbage brand 600W power supply for $1000. I begged him to return it. I have nothing against CyberpowerPC but anyone who builds such a horribly unbalanced PC deserves to get shot.
