I don't know why this is happening but sometimes on random boot ups my motherboard white LED will stay on which is the GPU light and won't turn off till a restart. Why does it come on sometimes and when I go restart the computer it turns off? it doesn't happen every boot up just randomly maybe happens 1 time every 15-20 boot ups

You can try reinstalling the card since the card could be slightly loose, but unless it shows other issues it's hard to find the cause.

When the indicator is shown, does the system boot normally?

Then I don't think the comment that said the card is loose is correct, even though it still wouldn't necessarily do anything anyway, since generally, digital components either work or they don't.

Maybe it’s just a motherboard bug cause other than the light being on the computer runs just like normal
