My PC is underperforming?!?!

I bought an all-new pc except for my PSU and when i started up Rainbow Six Siege i found out it was only using 1GB of my GPU with 4GB on low 30 fps and i already updated my BIOS please tell me what to do this was my first pc build.

Specs: AMD FX6300

Msi GTX 1050ti LP 4GB

16GB Kingston Fury 

MSI N970 GAMING MOTHERBOARD

Did you install all your drivers?

What's wrong with that? It's just not using all of your GDDR

Yeah but it's supposed to run better because rn its running on low 30fps with a MSI GTX 1050ti LP and all the benchmarks i looked at could atleast get 60-80 fps on high

make sure your monitor resolution is running at 60hz. however, memory is not tied to this.

Is it underperforming in fps? Is it in 1080p 1440p? More info would be nice on why it isn't meeting expectations

Maybe something's cool down here?

Make sure you don't have a frame limiter set in game or elsewhere. Also make sure there aren't background tasks hogging the CPU.
