Sorry for the uninformative title.. more people click on them :P. Anyway, programs and games (and even the os gui) keep on randomly freezing. I've had this problem for quite a while and it's very annoying as my game will freeze for ~20s in the middle of a fortnite match or my discord will freeze or my firefox will freeze and then crash.. you get the point. The problem occurs both with a GPU oc and without. My CPU is OC'd to 3.75GHz. RAM is at 2933MHz. Anybody know a fix or anything?
PS. I have VNC server, SteelSeries Engine, Wallpaper Engine and Discordptb running in the background.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600Motherboard - Asus Strix B350-F GAMING, RAM -  Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3000Mhz CL15, GPU - Asus Strix GTX 1070Ti, Case - Phanteks Eclipse P400S, Storage - Crucial BX300 240GB + Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5", PSU - Corsair CS650M, OS- Win10 Pro

My guess is you got malware. Try use safe mode. If it still stutters then blame hardware. If it doesnt, blame software.

I had this issue right after a windows reset too. Probably should've brought it up earlier. The freezing only happens on certain days too. Yesterday I didn't have any crashes or freezes until about 11 hours of ontime on my pc

how about remove CPU and RAM OC (so back to 2400Mhz)?
