Proposal to make a 700MB file uploader themed after Steamed Hams

Since there is a ".ms" domain now and the Steamed Hams meme is becoming popular, i've been considering doing a website dedicated to this meme. The website might be called steamedha.ms and the website will be based on the Pomf uploader, used by many websites like Mixtape Uploader and others. I suck at HTML programming and I don't have the money to own a server for file hosting, but I just thought of a cool idea. If anybody has any other ideas for file uploading sites that is instant and goes up to 700MB or such, suggest me.
