A matx mobo in a mid tower is awkward. Get an appropriate board or a smaller case.

Not sure about what you're asking about in the OP though. You just plug stuff into the mobo.

oh if thats the case then i will just get the MSI Z87-G43. This build is for gaming purposes and to browse online etc. I already have the gigabyte geforce gtx 770 and i5 4670k. Is it really an awkward build?

Considering you're gaming and you didn't list the graphics card, very. You have one though so it's fine.

oh im sorry and thank you for the edits. But i think im gonna go with the H60 for liguid cooling.

well i figure its going to keep the pc much cooler. If im not mistaken

They're similar in performance but the 212 Evo is quieter.
