Computer Stuck in boot loop during windows install

My MSI GX63VR (i7 7700hq, 1070, 16gb ram, 1tb hdd, 256gb ssd, 1080p display)(more commonly known as the Raider or GE63VR) is stuck in a boot loop while I am trying to reinstall windows. I am reinstalling it because it got corrupted by a virus. It goes to the screen where it says "MSI" and "Welcome", then flashes the "windows update" screen for less than a second, and then turns off and on again and does what I described above. This is my first thread, so sorry if I put it in the wrong category or the tags are wrong. Will post a video sometime tomorrow.

Try to get into the BIOS using F11, F2 or F8 or Del. I had the same issue with my old MSI laptop.

IF you'll get into the BIOS, and then leave it should let you through from then on.

Also if you're stuck in boot loop after that, just let it sit turned on and it should eventually let you into the Windows. That's what happened with my one.

I have tried the bios trick, but that did not work. It sat for a few hours doing the loop, and I got into the windows recovery screen. It did not fix anything when I clicked the startup troubleshooter, and now it loads to only the MSI screen with no loading spinning dots and then loops from there. I can still access the recovery options menu via F3, and I can access the boot drive select via F11, and I can access the BIOS via DELETE. Is it possible to just RMA this thing? It is only one month old and still under warranty.

I ended up reinstalling windows, but since everything except for google chrome and the preinstalled bloatware was installed on a separate drive, nothing was lost. It actually runs better now without the bloatware.
