Vizio TV and older console overscan issue

I can't seem to find anything in the menu of my Vizio D43-41 that allows me to control overscan. The problem I'm having is that all my older SD game consoles output an image with a black frame around them. Specifically I'm talking about my PS2 and 1st gen XBOX. My DVD player doesn't do this so it's not an SD device thing. I can't figure it out. Doesn't matter what I'm displaying, the image has a border.
Both consoles are outputting via component cables into a component splitter and then being sent to the TV's component inputs. So there is nothing that is effectively altering the image beyond the output of the console.
Can anyone help me out with this?
