Furmark only using 1 gpu

Furmark is only using one of two gpus I have my 2nd graphics card is sitting at 19 degrees doing nothing while the other is at 70

I had the same problem. You have to swap the slots they are in. It seemingly can't stress multiple GPUs.

My sli thingy was disabled no wonder

I would stay away from Furmark though as it's terrible for actual validating stability of hardware, due in part to the nature of the program, and also because drivers for both AMD and NVIDIA throttle the GPU, so peak clocks won't even be hit.
