So I live in Norway and it's very cold outside right now (a cupple of c° minus). When I started my PC and went in to Corsair link the cpu was about 10 degrees. (HWmonitor showed the same). It went up after a while. I have a 240mm watercooler. Is this too cold and might there be something wrong with the temperature readings?

Ambient temps play a big part in what your CPU temperatures will be.

And no, 10C isn't too cold at all. How do you think people can do LN2 or phase change cooling?

Well if your ambient was 10C (or the rad was right by a window or something with a draft) then 10C isn't very odd. And since AIOs are meant to be shipped in fairly cold weather (most tend to use liquid with essentially antifreeze in it), it'd be fine a bit below zero, even.

What happens when the coolant is *cold*?  Like you could put the radiator outside or "right by a window or something with a draft" while it´s freezing all day, and when you come home in the evening, you turn on your computer in a room which is at 22C or 23C.  You might see moisture building up around the heatsink, which comes from condensation.

Is 10C coolant temperature low enough to potentially cause issues with condensation?
