I have a month old Cyberpower PC with the CPU being an i5-8600k with a fan that I believe is an Intel Stock Cooler but I'm not too sure on that end...

When Idle my CPU temp is around 27-32 Degrees Celcius

When playing AAA games its around 70-78 Degrees Celcius

When recording a AAA game with OBS at 1080p it's around 80-87 Degrees Celcius

I'm just wandering if these temperatures are too hot and that it will cause condensation that will fry my stuff?

If people could let me know that would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a stock cooler I would certainly change it out.  But if it is a stock cooler those temps sound right. 87 is higher than I would feel safe with, typically you don't even want to run that high when loading up your cpu for a stress test, then regular usage would be lower.

Audio go Brrrrrr

I second Psittac's reply. Change cooler with a better one and you should be golden. Regarding condensation, you shouldn't have problems unless you live in a very humid environment, or try subzero cooling - the worst it can happen with your current setup is that the high temps will shorten the lifespan of the components (but you seem still far away from that threshold, the "danger area" for the coffee lake cpus should be around 100°)
