How to rgb in an non-rgb motherboard

can you put rgb in a non-rgb motherboard(board without rgb ports)

I am lookin in a cooling system with rgb but my board do not have rgb ports. are there usb dongle that could control rgb?

Usually with cooling systems that have a hub, they require a USB connection into your motherboard so you can control the colours through a program. In some cases, you're also able to wire RGB strips into the control hub and control them through the program as well. Look around for RGB coolers with control hubs that require a USB connection to your motherboard and see which one you like.
