Hello. I recently downloaded a copy of cnc generals and got it working by creating the options.ini file and such, but every time I try to go to the options menu the game crashes and gives me the "serious issue" warning. Any idea of how I could fix this or if I did something wrong? I used my own cd key btw, my laptop doesn't have a disc drive so I had to emulate it, but I own the games. Just throwing that out there. please help. I really want to change how the mouse is setup. Too used to xcom now. haha

I loved that game. Except for the fact that it would crash half way into a match when you try to play multiplayer. That wrote it off for me.

yeah me too i hated that, also if you the play Zero Hour too long against 7 enemies and they all GLA you will notice your army is not moving due to the massive number of the unit's of all the army's they create and they still exist in the map.

and EA still ignore this is an awesome strategy game they should redevelop.

Strategy games are sadly a dying breed. Though I'd love to try the newer... I want to say Warhammer one. Looks fun!

Haha I hated how GLA seemed to give up after a while. Once the resources ran out its line they couldn't make any themselves. And there I'd be, raking in tens of thousands in air drops. I love the C&C games, and how they didn't limit your units with caps.
