well, if you cleared your data and system memory there is no bringing back your old Android.

you would have to find a stock ROM and possibly a Kernel aswell, and flash those.

a good place to look for stock ROMs for your model is the XDA forums.

If you don't know "anything technical" why would you be using twrp.

To answer your question put the phone in download mode and plug it into your PC with Samsung smart switch, you put in your serial number and phone model and it will do everything for you.

it says device not supported

Use the quote button(left arrow under post)

Go to emergency device reinstallation or something similar. One Tab usually asks for a code there should be another that allows you to enter the SN and Model

You can try to.

Another way would be to install a repair firmware manually using Odin, download this firmware https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995310257 or google "SM-G920F repair firmware" if you do not trust the link then using Odin put the files in the correct places and then flash. You can keep the same firmware and update normally or you can search for normal 1 file firmware for your region if you like.

The files are normally labelled like "csc_xxxxx" so put them in the corresponding boxes.

Try recovery software to access the phone data, maybe it will help.

He deleted the kernel, nothing can recover without flashing again.
