hey guys just a quick question, im looking to throw some new fans into my 300r and when i got it i could not fit the case fan at the back because it would just hit the cpu fan, maybe half a millimeter gap between them. So i need a thinner fan for this position and the sp120's seem to be a bit thinner than the stock case fans but im not sure because that is just looking at photos. So if anyone could either let me know if they are or recommend me some other 120mm thin case fans :)

I was looking at a Prolimatech fan for a while. It's low-profile and 140mm, but it mounts to 120mm positions. I never actually bought one so I can't say for sure how good it actually is, but the reviews like it. Only catch is that it's a touch pricey. Currently sold out on Newegg, but a little hunting should turn up one in stock somewhere.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

From what I see, it seems like they are. They just aren't the best for static pressure but are still fine for looser fin arrays.
