Need help finding Monitor / TV for PS4 Pro | ASAP

Okay.. I've been searching the internet for probably 8 hours straight. I clearly need help. I own a PS4 Pro, and am trying to find the best monitor/tv to use with it. I've seen probably every monitor and tv there is, there is always one thing missing that is crucial, if someone helps me, I will be thankful forever, friend you on PS4, idc just please help me... it's 12:15 AM..

Please also share your thoughts if you have owned a PS4 Pro and have used some monitors/TVs and share your experiences.

Things Required:

HDR (10 preferably but as long as it has HDR idrc)
Under $800
Under 43 inches
Not 1440p (Really don't want to upscale/downscale because of input lag, maybe you guys can persuade me)
It being a moniter

Things I would really like:

4K (Please share thoughts on if its worth it to have 4K if I have QLED + HDR) (If you can't get 4K then do 1080p)
QLED (or a variant like QLED)

Things I would enjoy:

Black colored (I hate silver, some silver might slide though)
Curved

I say ASAP in the title because I need one soon, don't want to wait a month or anything. And if this is not the right section, please tell a staff member so it can be moved the correct one, I'm new here. Thank you.
