VSphere client 6.0 error message during installation? (Class Lab)

So I ran into a problem while trying to install VSphere client 6.0 for my workstation in class. When installing Vsphere, the program stopped installing and showed me this error message "failed to install the HCMON driver".

 

My instructor was also puzzled by this and told me to look for workarounds/solutions. I looked online and found that the people behind this program found NO SOLUTIONS to this issue and recommended manual installation from CLI. Then, I tried to install the program from the cli just using the installation's executable (ex, google.exe) but I still got the same error message. 

 

Does anybody know a fix or a workaround for this?

Yep I already looked at that and was surprised by such a bug not able to get fixed esp. ones where drivers are "supposedly" missing or not being installed properly.

 

Hopefully someone has a workaround
