What To Check When Buying Used GPU?

I will be buying a used GTX 980 ti today for 400, I'll have an hour to test the card, is there anything that I should check when I am testing?

Core Clocks (just to make sure they're not putting some fake 750 inplace for your 980Ti), temps, etc.

Clock speeds, GPU-Z, as well as run a test like Heaven benchmark to see what kind of FPS and stability you have. If you run heaven and get like 10fps you know you have a fake.

Download GPU-Z and open it. Compare what it says to what NVidia says about that card on their site.

On eBay, you can find these cheap GTX 750Tis, etc. and they usually fake the data that is used to identify the card but in reality, the performance will not be the same as a real card. These cards usually come from China, so watch out!

Never really tested a used card, or asked it worrrid but if you have to opportunity then checking the specs in gpuz compared to online and running heaven for the other 55 minutes to see the condition of the fans and tim.
