So I keep unplugging and replugging my router because my internet won't work it won't come up as a option to connect to. I have tried resetting it but hasn't worked. When I plug it in all the correct LEDs  light up and then they turn off other than the Ethernet led. Pls help me find a fix

Is this a router provided by your service provider or is this router one that you purchased?  If it was provided by your ISP, I would return it to them and tell them about the problem.  If purchased, I would first check to see that it was connected properly, then after doing that try to connect to the internet and see if there is an update for it.  It may need an update.  If that doesn't work, check if you are able to RMA the thing and get another.

I try connecting but it says connecting and then says no internet. I believe the wifi led is not light up also

If it says connecting that indicates you have a connection to the router. This means the problem is most likely with the ISP settings on the router. Most routers will have a wizard, I suggest you run it again. If it still doesn't work then call your ISP and double check your username and password.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

open a command console

right click start menu > command prompt

    or

    win key + r > type cmd

type ping google.com

if the ttl is high then call your isp

if the ttl is low then it indicates your connection probably ok and something else is causing problem when gaming.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.
