Gaming pc build suggestions £700-800 GBP

PeterD1001

Hi all,

A friend is looking to get into pc gaming and has a budget of £700, possibly stretching to £800 absolute maximum excluding os, monitor or peripherals.

What would you recommend please guys?

It’ll be used for 1080p gaming, fps games such as bf1 and PUBG.

thanks

Sadly, for that budget, anything over the 1050Ti is impossible to get. RX570 at a stretch (poor value). 2nd hand GTX970 would probably fit.

Thanks mate. Yes even going to the £800 Max looks like he wouldn’t even be able to get a 1060 3 gig. Prices are mental.

Ill let let him know, he may have to consider a used gpu.

That's the thing a second hand deal on a GTX 980 or 980 Ti might be more appealing.
