Looking to spend less than £100 looking for a PCI-E capture card capable of 720p 60fps/1080p 30 fps (1080p 60 fps would be a nice bonus but likely out of price range)

Why not just use NVENC on your GTX 970? (If it's just for Windows)

I have the ryzen system now and the I5, 12gb system just sitting around i wanted to turn that second pc to a streaming rig
