There is quite a price difference but the sniper would probably better

well, the sniper costs like triple of the UD3 and doesnt add much value so id go UD3.

Brand doesn't matter. Ram is ram.

The tall heatsinks of Vengeance ram will get in the way of many coolers though.

Looking for Noctua NH-D12 or Corsair sp120 any advice?

Woops :D it was NF-P12, but anyway i'm leaning towards corsair...

Corsair fans are quite mediocre and SP120's are darn loud.
