My phone is an LG G6. It`s about 4 months old. Lately I`ve noticed some issues whit my phone`s battery. The "phone idle" drains a lot of power. The battery percentage has also been quite unstable. Sometimes 1% lasts 4-5 min, sometimes it lasts 2. Also sometimes when i turn off the phone and then turn it on again after a few seconds the battery has lost 1%. I reset the phone and reinstalled my apps but the problem was still there. is this a problem with the software or the battery itself. If its the battery itself i might get it covered by the warrenty.

Yeah that's not good is it. I'd return it to where it came. Within 1st year n all that.

Thanks. If the battery is damaged than ill get it replaced. Just wanted to be sure. I have to pay for the shipping costs if its not covered by the warranty.

It won't be damaged, it's just shite.

Speak to the seller and/or manufacturer and just tell them whats happening. You've already narrowed down that it's not a software fault as you've fully reset the phone.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

But do you think that I can get it covered by the warranty or some sort of  buyer protection. I live in Norway if that helps
