4K@ 60Hz vs 1440P@144Hz?

Graphics card : GTX 1080ti 

I don't play any other competitive game except CS:GO. 

I play GTA 5 and Forza a lot. 

4K monitors are cheaper compared to 1440p 144hz monitors in my country.

1440p 144hz is king. You want that refresh rate for racing games.

ATM 1440P is just a bit more optimal and since you are just playing CSGO forza and GTA 5 Those are all pretty non cinematic games and online with fast paced gameplay.
